Using a Browser to Configure the

Server

Once your PC is configured with an IP address on the same subnet

as the internet server, start your browser program and enter the

prefix “http://” followed by the IP address assigned to the server, in

the address window.

You should immediately see the internet server web browser inter-

face menu as shown below. Note that the internet server IP address

can be bookmarked for future access so that it doesn’t need to be

entered each time.

The browser interface uses frames, so it is best if you use a frames-

capable browser program. Also, we advise you to temporarily sus-

pend the use of proxies – if you are using them – while accessing the
